F.A.Q – Oh, Craft! JHC



When will my order ship? Turn around times are located at the front page. Items are shipped in the order it is receive. These are handmade items. Each item is individually cut and assembled by hand so most times you will receive your item within 1-2 weeks. You may email to get an update on your order. 

Will I receive a tracking number? Yes all shipped items will receive a tracking number. 

Can I upgrade my shipping? Yes you may. Please email info@OhCraftJHC.com for prices. 

Can I add insurance? Yes you may. Please contact us before your order is shipped out.

Can I add signature confirmation? It is highly recommended that you do. USPS tends to leave packages on the porch or around the house if no one is home which can be stolen so it is recommended. Please note for all orders over $100 a signature confirmation may be included regardless! 



I don't see a theme or favor I like. Can you create one for me? YES! Sometimes we already have the theme but haven't listed it. If you do not see the desired theme for your event, we are more than happy to help you with helping you with whatever theme you may have in mind. We love working on new themes!

Do you offer package deals? At the moment we do not. These items are priced as low as possible. If you're adding on more items it is more work and makes it a heavier package for shipping so the shipping price increases as well. 

How far in advance should I order shipped products?  We recommend at LEAST 3 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR EVENT. Most orders are shipped within a week. Shipping is anywhere from 2-5 days however, sometimes USPS may take longer so 3 weeks is recommended to allow time for shipping.
